Not to take anything away from the special Grand Theft Auto IV Edition of my column, but the newest edition has arrived and with it I move away from GTA and talk about game addiction, Portal, and just a little bit more!

Another week = more questions! I’m actually getting enough lately to form “theme columns” - this isn’t one of those. It’s sort of a grab bag this week. Questions like “Are there any M-games for a 9-year old to play” and “Is God of War okay for an 11-year old?” and “Is 9 too young for Smash Bros?” All that, and a bit more, at Ask GamerDad!

Sorry, I was out of town and didn’t link this one when it went up. It looks like I’m on a roll now. The questions for my exclusive WhatTheyPlay column are getting harder and better - and more numerous - and I’m starting to have a really good time answering them. WhatTheyPlay .com has posted the latest issue of “Ask GamerDad” - the column that answers questions and is written by GamerDad. Come on, you know you want to hear the questions and read the answers. Who are you to refuse? One question is about Grand Theft Auto and a 10-year old for cryin’ out loud! And the second? Two words my friend: “Maple” and “Story” - I’ve said too much already.
