Ain’t that the truth. I broke my wrist at the beginning of the summer, and I was told I’d have to keep the cast for the whole summer. All I had to keep me company was my Xbox 360 (I couldn’t really reach the WASD keys with my cast ) and it actually helped. It is disapointing to realize that all I could do of my summer was play video games, but it made the time go by a lot quicker. Instead of being pissed off about my cast, I had video games to distract me, and I wasn’t bothered by it at all really.

And about Left 4 Dead, I have it, but my 360 got the Red Ring of Death a few weeks ago, so I’ve had to send it off for repairs. It’s still over there, but when I get it back I’d love to play with you.

Btw, thank you for being one of the very few parents who is responsible about video games, and not flipping out and blaming developers or the ESRB or anyone but themselves. Not a lot of parents seem to understand that they don’t have to buy the game their kid wants. And if they don’t know about the game, they can ask someone else (My parents usually ask me about a game before they buy it for my 10 year-old brother).

Then you haven’t played. It’s all about hearing real strangers panic, help each other, screw up, and actually start to like each other. The AI just makes sure that you are in front.

And Mike, when do you usually go online to play games like Left 4 Dead (which, yes, I am still playing!) They need an even higher difficulty level than they have!
